Analysis
Why Analysis?

Who are the users? This is the central question in any project. Human Interface Group has developed a structured approach to answer this question quickly and efficiently. We don't see 'users'. We see people with tasks, needs, emotions, expectations and mental patterns. We analyze their profiles and use these to tailor the technology to their needs as much as possible. And we always keep your business objectives in mind.
Users do not think in terms of database tables and dialog boxes. All that matters to them are the tasks they have to perform with your technology. Task analysis provides you with a clear view on the various user tasks and all the factors that affect their performance. This is the pre-requisite for developing a solution that provides optimum support to the user.
Information analysis
Information that is useful to one user may be useless to another. Human Interface Group finds out what information is required for what target group and translates the results into a solution that suits your application and organization.
We design an information architecture based on the user and task analysis, supplemented with information types, taxonomies, lists of key words and metatags. We design search functions that maximize the findability of information.
It goes without saying that we deliver results within your technological framework (CMS).
Competitor analysis
In a competitor analysis, Human Interface Group examines your competitors' and your industry's applications according to criteria drawn up in mutual consultation. The result is a benchmark report that provides you with a clear view on the strenghts and the potential weaknesses of your own product and of your competitors' products. A competitor analysis is an indispensable tool for optimizing your application and shows you where you can offer strategic added value in the market.
