Human Interface Group shares its extensive experience and knowledge on how and when to put usability guidelines into practice during the Usability Certification Program.

This 5-day program is offered in Dutch and can also be given in-company.

Program

The complete program consists of 5 training days:

Day 1, 2, 3 and 4:

Sessions and workshops about the essential topics of usability design, such as user analysis, user interface design, user training and support, user testing,...

Days 1 and 2 and days 3 and 4 are scheduled successively, over a period of two weeks. This enables you to assimilate the sessions of the first two days and note down questions that can be discussed during day 3 and 4.

Day 5:

Presentation of practical cases. Day 5 follows about a month after day 4. During this time you can work on your practical case and consult the lectors when you have questions or need extra information for your case.

Method

This is an interactive course that will teach you in a methodical and structured manner how to implement all aspects of usability into a development project.

All training sessions are developed and led by the usability experts of Human Interface Group. They each have international teaching experience and with their extensive experience as a usability designer, they will shower you with real-life examples and practical tips and tricks.

• Staff members of ICT, HRM, marketing, sales, and quality departments.
• Project managers, product managers, developers, software architects, functional analysts, software trainers, training managers, web developers, HRM managers, marketing managers, sales managers, people responsible for communication/quality. 

Objectives

After having completed the practical case successfully, you will receive the HIGroup Certified Usability Specialist certificate at the end of day 5.
