IMEC is Europe’s largest independent research center in nano-electronics and nano-technology. Like in other companies, IMEC-employees from time to time change their place of residence, get married or become parents. In such situations, they need to communicate personal data to the HR department. IMEC employees are able to do this via a new tailor-made SAP interface.

IMEC hired Human Interface Group to improve the employees’ user experience when using this SAP interface. If you’re familiar with SAP systems, you’ll probably understand that we were in for some challenges!
