Via myUZ patients have a clear overview of their appointments, messages, questionnaires, diaries, medication and documents. During the presentation of the case Lore explained a few important concepts such as tag filtering, auto-suggestion, folksonomies (user tags) and subscriptions which allow patients to manage their documents more efficiently. She also commented on some best practices to make the information more accessible: why and how do you have to "push" information towards users and simultaneously allow them to search for information.
