"In just a short time, Human Interface Group managed to fully grasp the complex reality of residential care facilities. The translation into a clear website template was more than successful. The various target groups can now find the information they're looking for. The hands-on tips and tricks given during the training have also helped our facilities considerably."

Zorgnet-Icuro is a network which brings together and represents care organizations from the social profit sector in Flanders.
Zorgnet-Icuro has been working on the public image of residential care for the elderly for several years. One in ten residential care facilities currently do not have a website. However, residents, family members, employees and volunteers do look for information online. Nowadays, every organization is expected to have a digital presence.
Zorgnet-Icuro does not want to impose a uniform mold, but rather offer its members a flexible solution. Zorgnet-Icuro and Human Interface Group designed a future-oriented website template with the different menus and a number of example screens.
The template is built entirely around 3 clear and specific design principles:
A presentation with tips & tricks, a training and a publication make it possible for residential care facilities to get started on their own.
