Sofie studied Dutch Language and Literature at Leiden University (The Netherlands). She returned to Leuven to study Germanic Philology and graduated on English juvenile fiction. After an extra post-academic training in Cultural Studies. she started her career at Human Interface Group in 1999. Most of her spare time is spent on renovating her house and Flamenco dancing.

Expertise

Sofie has proved her skills in several projects in Belgium and The Netherlands. She wrote user documentation, designed user interfaces for a variety of platforms, coordinated and executed user tests and trained a large number of employees in using new software programs. She worked for several Belgian and Dutch divisions of USG People, for Randstad Holding (NL), Postcodeloterij (NL), Vedior (B), Promedia (B), New Holland (B) and ING Insurance (B).

At Human Interface Group, Sofie is responsible for competence and career management, recruitment, internal communication, training and coaching.
